I interviewed Jamie and Jake. Jamie Biel is the Director of Science
and Sustainability for Treaty Oak Distillery. Jake Clements is the
two main still types used for commercial whiskey production in the
US. In this episode we talk with Phillip Dormont who is
the Director of Product Development for Treaty Oak Distilling.
He runs both their column still and their pot still. He
